She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben B. Ross, Sr. and Lucille McElroy Ross; her sister Elizabeth Ross Herzog (Gerald); and her grandparents, Willis, Mary Ross of Pioneer, LA, Perry McElroy of Pampa, TX and Dolores Coody McElroy Barnes of Delhi, LA..
She is survived by: her husband V. Sherwood Kelly, Sr.; her son Victor S. Kelly, Jr. (Kimbel Davis); her grandchildren, Kali Van Vleet (Jonathan), Alexandria Kelly and Victor Kelly, III; her great grandchildren, Ariana, Vayde and Lydia; her siblings, Carolyn Ross Edwards, Ben B. Ross, Jr. (Wanda Wheelington) and John R. Ross (Betty Pearce); and her siblings-in-law, Joe Kelly (Sue Branum) and Sarah (Jim McElroy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the New Forest Lawn Cemetery in West Carroll Parish.
