With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wanda Willis of Brentwood, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 8, 2025 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd R. Fox and Hazel Eloise Fox (Taylor); her siblings, James, Melvin, Dewayne, Elwood, Alfred Fox, Mildred Reed (Fox), Daisy Fox and Naomi Fox; and her granddaughter Jennifer Dukes (Miles).
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Messer, Myra Miles (William) and Mike Umlauf (Diana); her brothers, Bill (Emmalou), Marvin (Brenda) and Phillip Fox (Erma); and her extended family Ronnie Messer. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home (111 N Bardstown Rd, Mt Washington, KY 40047). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Highland Memory Gardens (279 Landis Ln, Mt Washington, KY 40047).
