She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Wade Seiber; her parents, Ruben Cooper and Bedie Cooper (Wilson); and her sisters, Willa Dean Dagley, Velma Jo Carter, Claudia Jansen and Ann Rainey.
She is survived by : her friend Jill Rossman; her children, Pandora Burnett (Ron) of Laurel Grove, Michael Andrew Seiber (Frances) of Laurel Grove and Charles Gregory Seiber (Debbie) of Lynchburg, TN; her grandchildren, Joshua Altum (Cristi), Tayla Seiber, Kriston Seiber and Patrick Burnett (Shelby); and her great grandchildren, Morgan Meredith, Xander, Xeva Altum and Aubriella Burnett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and good friends.
