It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley C. Byrge of Briceville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Dewey Duncan and Marie Wright Duncan; her husband Rev. Donnie Hugh Byrge; her son Donald E. Byrge; her granddaughter Susan Lynn Byge; her siblings, Debra Jean Duncan, Terry Chelma Duncan, Robert Lee "Bob" Duncan and Clay Duncan; and her parents-in-law, Jesse Byrge and Aline Brown Byrge.
She is survived by : her children, John David Byrge, Jesse Byrge III and Matthew Israel Byrge; her grandchildren, Melinda Hope Stagnolia, Amber Faith Byrge, Leah Charity Byrge and Jacob Peyton Byrge; her great grandchild Stephanie Stagalia; her sisters, Maxine Lutner of Lake City, TN, Sue Price of Keauy, KY, Pat Ford of Knoxville, TN, Ava Yocum of Andersonville, TN, Charlene Mobley of Knoxville, TN and Charlotte Duncan of Knoxville, TN; and her sisters-in-law, Louise Byrge of Lake City, TN, Fannie Byrge of Lake City, TN and Nadine Braden of Briceville, TN.. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
