We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Hazel Muddifer (Bristol, Tennessee), born in Brecksville, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Perry and Katherine Koch Perry; her husband Dennis Muddimer; and her siblings, Marvin Perry and Grace Young.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Dunn, Leslie Muddimer and Aileen Frazier; her granddaughter Dawn Muddimer; and her great grandchildren, Sydney Arthur and Austin Alvarez. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Elephant Sanctuary of TN, 27 E. Main St. Hobenwald, TN 38642 or Liberty Baptist Church.
