He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Whitaker and Minnie Love Callahan; and his brother Terry Whitaker. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Callahan of Abingdon, VA and Stanley Whittaker (Betty Sue) of Bristol, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
