It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Edward Perkins of Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Perkins and Gordon Perkins, Sr.; and his stepmother Sharon Perkins. He is survived by: his significant other Carol Perkins; his daughter Jennifer Surber (Jamie); his grandchildren, Grayson and Cade Surber; and his siblings, Darlene Perkins (Ken) and Gordon Perkins, Jr.. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Due to COVID-19, a graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a. m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Pastor Scott Price officiating.
