It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Rickard (Brownsville, Tennessee), born in Tipton, Tennessee, who passed away on September 3, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rickard and Catherine Rickard. She is survived by: her sister Vickie Archer (Clyde) of Covington, TN; and her sibling's children, Terri DeLoach (Jerry), Shane Thurmond (Melissa), Rickey Joe Davidson and Brandy Browder (Justin).
