He is survived by: his son Ryan Blaylock (Rita) of Humboldt, TN; his significant other Beth Ann Smith; his significant other's children, Sara Beth Crutchfield (Josh) of Brownsville, TN. and Nick Smith (Cassandra) of Brownsville, TN.; his grandchildren, Emily Louise Crutchfield and Benjamin Smith Crutchfield; and his brothers, Steve Blaylock (Nan) of Barton, MS and Richard Blaylock of Southaven, MS.
