It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Hoggard of Buchanan, Tennessee, born in Osceola, Arkansas, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her grandmother Peppers Hoggard; her parents, Rufus Peppers and Emma Chapman Peppers; her husband Paul Hoggard, Sr.; her son Paul Hoggard, Jr. (Marie) of Buchanan; her grandsons, Christopher Hoggard (Tonya) and Matthew Dane Hoggard (Angela); her great grandchildren, Austin, Christine and Brooklyn; her great great grandchildren, Asher, Everett, Karter and Jase; her siblings, Lorraine Loeiss, Erma Riedel (Jack), Dorothy Mickey (Dick) and Larry Peppers (Lilly); her son Jimmy Dale Hoggard; and her siblings, Jean Ceccanessee, Rufus Peppers, Jr., Lee Oren Peppers, Walter Peppers, Doyle Peppers and Richard Peppers.
