He was predeceased by : his parents, Billy Gene Dugger and Doris Kyte Clark; his siblings, Mary Dugger, Regina Dugger and Billy Gene Dugger; his fiancé Jania "Beth" Tolley; and his pet Sophie Grace.

He is survived by : his daughters, Jodi Dugger (Keila) and Julie Dugger (Dustin Powell); his grandchildren, Chandler and Cadence Townsend; the mother of his children Donna K. Williams; his siblings, Henry Clark (Nancy), Bo Clark, James Edwin "Eddie" Dugger, Verlin Hoyt and Lori Finch (Paul); and his close friends, Lonnie and Lee Pleasant.
