She is survived by: her husband David Frazee; her children, Ben Earp (Nichole) and Brandi Earp (Jamie); her siblings, Michelle Ballard (Stacy) and Bryant Allen; her grandchildren, Edyn Falkner, King Hawley, Natalie and Layla Briley; and her stepdaughter Breanna Nicole Johnson.
