He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith; his sons, Chris Smith (Tammy), Tony Smith (Debbie) and Russell Downing (Shelby); his granddaughter Bobbie Smith; his pet Daisy May Smith of Camden, TN; his brother Bill Hall (Dorothy) of Collingsville, IL; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Mays of Rogersville, TN and Billye Mays of Willingsburg, VA; and his nieces, Gaye Mays of Rogersville, TN and Julie Fletcher of Centerville, VA..
In lieu of flowers Mr. Smith's wishes were for donations to be made to the Missionary Grove Baptist Church Building Fund.
