She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Waters and Mary Perkins Waters; her siblings, John David and Lunner Allen; her granddaughter Alyssa Holland; her sister-in-law Ann Nelson Waters; and her niece Susan Waters Lampley.
She is survived by: her daughter Selena Holland of Chattanooga, TN.; her brother Raymond Waters of Fairview, TN.; her grandson Nickalos Holland; her sibling's children, James Lee Waters, David Waters, Mike Waters, Westley Waters, Michael Allen, Judy Waters Prince and Rayeanne Waters Martin; and her cousins, Jimmy Waters (Lucy), DeeDee Woodard (Billy) and Donald Waters.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations to be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or the Dementia Society.
