She was predeceased by: her parents, John Newell Goforth and Jessie Mae Holland Goforth; her brothers, Carlton Goforth and Johnny Gene Goforth; and her half-sister Charlotte Wheatley Forrest.

She is survived by: her sisters, Maxine Looney of Memphis, TN, Madona Hainley (Tom) of Springville, TN and Devora Wright (Wesley) of Camden, TN. She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews, Several Great Nieces and Nephews, Several Great Great Nieces and Nephews.
