He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Spivey (York). He is survived by: his wife Carol Spivey; his grandchildren, Haley Johnson and Hannah Johnson; his father James Spivey of Huntingdon; his daughter Jacquelyn Prince (Chad) of Waverly; his stepdaughter Julie McClure of Huntingdon; his son Seth Spivey (Katelyn) of Holladay; his siblings, Kim Byars (Chad) of Huntingdon, Jimmy Spivey (Mary) of Murfreesboro, John Spivey (Carol) of Jackson, Chuck Spivey (Mary Ann) of Medina, Randy Spivey (Theresa) of Huntingdon and Chris Spivey (Tammy) of Camden; and his grandchildren, Jaylee Prince, Dallis Prince, Scout Spivey, Kendall Jo Spivey, Boston Johnson and Korvelle Johnson.
