He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lee and Clara Odell Lee; his sister Carolyn Watkins; and his niece Karen Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Judy Haga Lee; his children, Bradley Lee and Stephanie Lee; his pets, Emma and Daisy; and his siblings, Rebecca Lampley, Lois Thomas, Elmer Lee (Jackie) and Mike Lee (Cindy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Al-Menah Shriners or Shriners Children's Hospital.
