She is survived by: her husband James "Bob" Futrell; her grandchildren, Vicky Landers of Milan, Wayne Rummage of Germany and Jessica Sutton of Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Landers, Jessie Landers, Christopher Rummage and Benjamin Rummage.
