He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Lockhart and Myrtle Marchbanks Lockhart; and his wife Mildred Edwina Lockhart. He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Kay King; his grandchildren, Jason Jackson, Brian Jackson, Andy Lockhart, Ashley Franks, Austin Franks and Kristie; and his great great grandchild Along. He is also survived by 5 Great-Grandchildren.
