It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence N. Woods (Carthage, Tennessee), who passed away on July 11, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charlie Woods and Myrtle Audrey Madwell Woods; and his siblings, DenniseAnn Nishel Graham and Dean Poe. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Sue Smith; and his brother Construction.
