He is survived by: his parent Julie Ann Pulaski; his spouse Beverly Jan Paradis Lee; his daughter Cassandra Lee of Carthage, TN.; his siblings, Sophia Kay Needham (Jack) of Lancaster, TX. and Kenneth Dale Lee of Carthage, TN.; his father-in-law Camille Paradis of Carthage, TN.; and his grandchildren, Makaila Richardson, Jacob Watkins and Serenity Green.
