He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Carter and Lorena Agnes Taylor Carter; and his brother Jimmy Frazier Carter. He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Samuels (Bobby, Sr) of Madison, TN.; his grandchildren, Bobby Samuels, Jr., Justin Samuels and Madison Samuels; and his siblings, William Carter, Sr of Goodlettsville, TN., Juanita Winfree of Toledo, OH and Yvonne Lee (Michael) of Nashville, TN.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
