She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward L. Mosher and Betty Hoyt Mosher; and her son David Foust. She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Insco (Stephen) of Club Springs, TN and Emily McCarthy of Chattanooga, TN.; her grandchildren, Taylor, Steve, David, Ryan, Madison, Holley, Olivia and Roni; and her great grandchildren, Hudson and Gunner.
