He is survived by: his son Thomas Ray Duncan; his grandchildren, Thomas Lee Duncan and Dianna Nicole Duncan; his brothers, Jessie James Duncan, Leo Duncan, Sr. and Donald Ray Duncan; his wife Carolyn Duncan of Carthage, TN.; his daughter Tina Ann Duncan-Whittington of Carthage, TN.; his great grandchildren, Kinley Annamae Duncan, Nathan Azevedo, Alissa Ann-Marie Carr and Bruce Wayne Carr; his brothers, Jerry Duncan (Patricia) of Dixon Springs, TN and Claude Duncan (Deborah Joy) of Sykes, TN.; and his sister-in-law Gertrude Duncan of Texas.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to help with burial expenses.
