She was predeceased by: her parents, Alford Casteel and Myrtle Casteel; her daughter Tracy Lynnette Plunkett; and her siblings, Evelyn White, James "J. C." Casteel, Alford Casteel and Clifton Casteel.
She is survived by: her husband Wallace Plunkett; her children, Michael Glenn Plunkett (Angie), Angela Michelle Adams and Tammy Lynn Gentry (Kevin); and her brother Harold Casteel. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
