He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Edward Kemper and Zona Frances Baker Kemper; his siblings, Robert Kemper, Jr., Elvis Kemper, Walter Kemper, Paul Kemper, Lucy Peterson, Margie Covington and Margaret Fykes; and his grandson Michael Kemper.
He is survived by : his wife Mary Kemper; his children, David Kemper (Linda), James Kemper, Michael Kemper (Shannan) and Jill Boyd (Kenneth); his grandchildren, James Kemper, Jr., Bradley Wauford, Ashley Unverzagt and Tiffany Wauford; and his sisters, Ruth Granbois and Barbara Jean Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
