He is survived by: his son Joshua Westmoreland (Brandi); his granddaughter Reide Westmoreland; his siblings, Fred Westmoreland and Windla Spears; and his caregiver Shannon Trobaugh. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home (307 W Lake Ave, Celina, TN 38551). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at the Fitzgerald Cemetery.
The family request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to assist with the funeral expense.
