He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas Floyd, Sr. and Lenis Hunter Floyd; his son Charles T. "Chuck" Floyd; and his sister Evie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Floyd of Chapel Hill, TN; his son Duane Floyd (Jan) of Chapel Hill, TN; his sisters, Maxine Johns of Chapel Hill, TN and Martha Jean Burris; his grandchildren, Joshua Floyd, Jessica Fuhs and Jacob Floyd; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Hadley, Eliza Floyd, Millie and Chip Fuhs.
