He was predeceased by: his parents, Nolen Skinner and Lottie Ellen Noe Skinner; and his wife Evelyn Skinner. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Smithson of Franklin, TN, Mary Crowell (Glenn) and June Panos of Chapel Hill, TN; and his sister Thelma Chandler of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
