Forsythe in Chapmansboro, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 19, 2025 at the age of 75. He is survived by: his children, Robert Forsythe (Rebecca) and Suzette Morales; his grandsons, Lewis Forsythe, Kerry Harwell and Ryan Harwell; his great grandchildren, Elayna, Dayton and Tryston; and his siblings, Loretta Harrington, Debra Peek, Bubba Forsythe, Wally Forsythe, Ricky Dale Forsythe and Little Terry Medley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home (9090 TN-100, Nashville, TN 37221). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
