She was predeceased by : her parents, James Franklin and Clara Allen Spann; her brother Wesley Spann; and also Billy Fussell. She is survived by : her sons, Kevin Fussell and Lynn Fussell (Kathy); her brother Raymond "Froggie" Spann of Dickson, TN.; her grandchildren, Ashley Fussell and Brandie McKinney (Kyle); and her great grandchild Wesley McKinney. She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
