He was predeceased by: his father Marvin J. Manley. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Cannon Manley; his children, Stephen Manley (Paul) and Pamela Wilson (Chuck); his granddaughter Jade Wilson of Hanover, MN; his mother Evelyn Foster; and his siblings, Don Manly (Mary Beth) of Florida, Anne Phillips (Bobby) and Jean Garrett (Eugene). He is also survived by Brothers and Sister-in-laws; Mary (David) Province, Joy (Bobby) Burnett, Gary (Pam) Cannon; also several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
