Capps of Charlotte, TN; her children, Don Hawk (Mary) of Gallatin, TN, Daniel Hawk of White Bluff, TN and Stephanie Capps of Nashville, TN; her grandchildren, Frankie Clark, Tyler Hawk, Lilli Hawk and Dylan McKinney; and her siblings, James Cook of Springfield, TN, Barbara Bates of Nashville, TN, Pat Bradshaw of Mt. Juliet, TN and Kathy Szoka of Dickson, TN. She is also survived by her four great grandchildren.
