She was predeceased by : her husband Ray O'Mary; her daughter Judy Collins; her parents, Greely Black and Minnie Lee Black; her sister Sara Strawbridge; and her sister-in-law Shirley Black.

She is survived by : her sons, Chuck O'Mary (Ann) and Randy O'Mary (Susan); her son-in-law Mike Collins; her grandchildren, Chris O'Mary (Tracy), Elizabeth Bowden (Chuck), Jonathan O'Mary (Megan) and Daniel O'Mary (Kelsey); and her brothers, Billy Black and Jimmy Black. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
