He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Turner and Annie Turner; and his sister Evelyn P. Willis. He is survived by : his daughter Charlene Harmon; his grandsons, Dechary Foster, Jacob Kidd and Caden Kidd; his sister Anne Gordon (Fredrick); and his friend Brenda Campbell Muhammad. He is also survived by four nieces; one nephew; a host of relatives and friends.
Due to the current health pandemic, private services will be held.
