He was predeceased by: his parents, John Worthington Barnett and Anna Claunch Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Sue Barnett; his daughters, Jamie Behler (Gary) and Pam Torres (Gene) of Orlando, Florida.; his grandchildren, Brittany Haynes (Michael), Jennifer Otis (Derrick), Jared Behler, Tyler Barnett (Kassidy), Amanda Torres, Samantha Torres, Erica Putman and Ashley Putman; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Adelynn; and his brother Harold Barnett (Patsy) of Lexington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Music Ministry of Bayside Baptist Church or Bethel Bible Village of Hixson.
