He is survived by: his wife Andrea Woolwine; his sons, Gabe Woolwine and Asher Woolwine; his father Sam H. Woolwine (Donna); his sister Natalie Woodard (Jeff); and his sibling's children, Nick Sloan, Sloane Mulligan (Cam), Abby Woodard, Landon Keown, Skylar Woolwine, Shelby Woolwine and Blake Debity.
This includes "social distancing" and wearing masks at all times while on the premises.
