He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Rogers and Mildred Holt Rogers; and his siblings, James, Cecil Rogers, Jean Bledsoe, Sue Shelton, Selma Penley, Brenda Rogers and Ora Mae Rogers.
He is survived by: his children, April Hensley (Weston) of Limestone and Jeramy Stewart (Kayla) of Jonesborough; his siblings, Buddy Rogers of Chuckey, Eva Brown (Johnny) of Greeneville and Patricia Norton of Chuckey; his grandchildren, Mack Hensley, Gracie Hensley, Hayden Norton, Christopher Norton and Iva Stewart; and his great grandchild Björn Norton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Casi Full Gospel Church (370 Cassi Rd, Chuckey, TN 37641). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at the Liberty Cemetery (91 Guy Brown Rd, Chuckey, TN 37641).
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral costs.
