She was predeceased by : her parents, Jasper Fillers and Maude Fillers; her father-in-law Dale Tipton; and her siblings, Barbara Armstrong, Linda Knight and Albert Fillers (Dick).

She is survived by : her husband Stanley Tipton; her mother-in-law Yvonne Tipton; her children, Stacy Melton, Kim Melton, Jeff Melton and Scottie Melton; her grandchildren, Ashley Mack, Leslie Morales (Kevin), Tarren Melton (Taylor), Todd Melton (Sadie) and Hali Bowman; and also, Nancy Gross (Roger), Janice Tullock (Dennis), Robin Malone (Tommy) and Martha Tarleton (Gerald). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; 4 sisters.
