With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lou Cooper (Church Hill, Tennessee), who passed away on November 16, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Mitchell and Nannie Ellen Rhoton; her husband Douglas Cooper; and her siblings, Jean Parker, Audley of James Mitchell and Gilbert Rhoton.

She is survived by : her siblings, Mary Ellen Jones (Larry), Lois Hood (Earl), Barbara Bishop (Charles), Nell Johnson (Bob), Pat Rhoton, Ed (Teresa), Wayne (late Linda) and Delmer Rhoton (Denisa); her adoptive children, Susan Chambers (Sean), Stacie Hill Looney (Thomas) and Fayne Cooper (Joan); and her granddaughter Sydney Chambers.
