He was predeceased by: his siblings, Juanita Hanna, Joyce Hipsher, Sybil Spencer and John Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Spencer; his sons, Chris Spencer (Pam) and Mark Spencer (Kristina); his grandchildren, Kelsey Spencer, Courtney Spencer, Derek Flanigan and Chadra Thacker; and his siblings, William Spencer, Thelma Smith and Margaret Cowan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
