We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2024, at the age of 89, Jean Winegar Frazier (Church Hill, Tennessee), born in Kingsport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Carl D. Frazier; her parents, Robert William and Ora Winegar (Rowland); her siblings, Edith Morgan, Nell Dexter and Robert William, Jr.; and her son-in-law Tony Moore.

She is survived by : her children, Karen Moore and Steven Frazier; her grandchildren, John Carl Frazier, Jacob Frazier (Leah) and Rachel Giampietro (Bruno); her great grandchildren, Elena and Camila Giampietro; and her sister Ruth Jones. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as several extended family members, and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to First Baptist Church of Church Hill, or to The Gideons International, Church Hill/Mt. Carmel Camp #41018, P.O. Box 846 Church Hill, TN 37642.
