He is survived by: his wife Donna Helton Larkin; his son Micah Larkin (Winter); his grandchildren, Ava Reese Larkin and Cade Benjamin Larkin; and his siblings, Margie Nelson, Terry Larkin (Dawn), Connie Hamby, Wanda Butte Lowell Larkin (Barbara), Jackie Larkin (Linda) and Doug Larkin (Betty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
