He was predeceased by: his parents, Geeter Grover Cleveland Rosser and Hattie Mae Rosser (Pendergrass); his wife Estelle Rosser; and his brother Johnny Rosser. He is survived by: his children, Beth Garrott of Mt. Juliet and Steven Rosser, Sr. (Janet) of Clarksburg. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and thirteen nieces and nephews.
