He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Gerald "Scrub" and Viva Phillips; and his cousin Ashley Mathis. He is survived by : his wife Erica Wyatt York; his daughters, Addison and Audrey York; his parents, Steven York and Ginger Phillips York; his grandparents, Billy D. and Mae York; his brothers, Andrew York (Kody) and Austin York (Leah); and his parents-in-law, Pam, Pat Jones, Luke, Brittany Jones, Jon Kyle and Jamie Allred. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
