O'Neal of Clarksville, TN and Deborah O'Neal of Clarksville, TN; his siblings, Larry O'Neal (Pearlie) of Flint, MI, Michael "Butch" O'Neal and Sonja O'Neal; and his great grandchild Shelia Stewart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
