She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gupton Barbee and Ethel Hurst Fort Barbee; and her husband Chester Hobson Adair. She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Adair Ferrell (Phillip) of Madisonville, KY and Nancy Adair Wolff (Wendell) of Clarksville, TN; her sisters, Virginia Lee Barbee Jordan of Clarksville, TN and Shirley Barbee McDaniel of Columbia, SC; and her grandchildren, Wendy Nowack (Keary) of Kannapolis, NC, Ashley Wolff (Christian Lewis) of Canberra, Ben Ferrell of Wichita and Nick Ferrell of St. Petersburg, FL. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
