He is survived by: his wife Isolde Jakisch Smith; his sons, Charles Ray Smith (Timi) of Castle Rock, CO and Neil R. Smith (Sonya) of Alpharetta, GA; and his grandchildren, Sydney, Lindy Ray, Chloe, Savannah, Chandler and Dustin.
