He was predeceased by : his grandson Jonathan Groves; and his siblings, Manson, Roger and Rueben Groves. He is survived by : his children, Joyce Groves, Sandra Rushing (J. D.), Jeff Groves (Kathy), Teresa Welch (Dan), Julia Davis, Kim Ellis (Allen) and Angela Elliot (Chris); and his siblings, Kathy Peterson (Pete), Annis Black, Marsha Cerda, Shelia Lallo (Joe), Terry Groves (Jennie) and Joe Groves. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
