He is survived by : his wife Brenda Ochocki Dover; his mother Ann McKeivier Dover; his children, Jessica Valliere (Normand), Rebecca Dover, David Dover III, Amelia Cartwright, Destiny Burch (James), Kristen Hemby, Tara Gibbs and Kayla Hemby; his grandchildren, Gabriele, Gracelyn, Normand IV, Skylith, Dennis, Jesse, Kylin and Gino; and his sisters, Ameda "Amy" Fleet and Cassandra "Cassie" Dover. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
